Konfyt Plains Inc, doing business as Besyner (“Besyner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates besyner.com and related services, features, content, products, and tools (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from the Services or otherwise communicate with us.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Policy governs with respect to personal information.
1) Personal Information We Collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. It does not include de-identified or aggregated data.
We may collect:

Contact & Account Details: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address; account credentials (if you create an account).

Order & Transaction Data: items viewed/added to cart/wishlisted/purchased/returned/exchanged/cancelled; order history; payment confirmations.

Payment Information: card type/last 4, payment method, transaction IDs (full card data is handled by payment processors/Shopify; we don’t store it).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information; please do not submit it.
Sources. We collect information directly from you; automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs); from service providers/partners (including advertising and analytics partners); and from Shopify (our ecommerce platform).
2) How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:

3) How We Disclose Personal Information

Service providers (payments, fraud/risk tools, 3PL/fulfillment/shipping and returns portals, address verification, customer support, analytics, cloud hosting, marketing/advertising support).

We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws may treat certain advertising/analytics disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing.” See Section 8/10 for your choices.
4) User-Generated Content (UGC)
If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant us a right to use, reproduce, display, and share that content (with attribution where appropriate) for marketing, promotion, and improving the Services, subject to applicable platform terms.
5) Our Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which may act as an independent controller for certain processing (e.g., platform improvements across merchants). For those uses, Shopify is responsible for responding to related privacy requests.

6) International Transfers
We and our vendors operate globally, including in the Philippines, the European Union, and China, and may transfer, store, and process personal information outside your country (including in the United States). Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we implement safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms unless an adequacy decision applies.
7) Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, personalize content, perform A/B testing, and measure/serve ads (including retargeting and lookalikes).

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for that browser where required by law.
8) Advertising & Analytics
We may work with advertising/measurement partners (including via Shopify) to deliver and measure ads based on your interactions with our Services and others. Partners may use cookies, pixels, device IDs, and hashed contact data (where permitted) to provide services to us. See Section 10 to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising where applicable.
9) Security & Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method is 100% secure.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including to run the Services, meet legal/tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business needs. (We are not setting a fixed marketing retention period.)
10) Your Rights & Choices
Rights vary by location. Subject to applicable law and verification, you may have the right to:

Access/Know, Correct, Delete, and Port your personal information (portability provided where technically feasible).

Opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising (as defined under certain US state laws).

Authorized agents (US states/California): We accept agent requests via email; we may require proof of authorization and will verify you directly as permitted by law.
We may decline or limit requests that are excessive, unfounded, infringe on others’ rights, or conflict with legal obligations.
11) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12) Third-Party Sites & Services
The Services may link to third-party websites/apps/features. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and take additional steps required by law. We may add or replace processors without individual notice; updates will be reflected in this Policy.
14) Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any dispute, claim, or request arising out of or relating to it or to our processing of personal information are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable arbitration agreement in our Terms of Service, the exclusive forum and venue for any action related hereto shall be the state and federal courts located in Madison County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the privacy or consumer protection laws of your place of residence (e.g., California, Virginia, Colorado, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom).
